Hospital breakfast

Most everyone raves about Italian food and "si" I agree that for the most part, the food is "kiss your fingers and hold them up" wonderful (translation for Italian hand gesture: too fantastic for words good); However, when it comes to breakfast I have always thought there was something missing. Here is an example of what I am given to eat in the morning. A bowl of warm milk, a sugar packet and 3, count them 3 little cookies in a package! I usually have a few hidden items from previous meals (fruit or bread) to help hold me over to the next meal, but what about all of those other hungry hospital patients???

Wow! It's like they think you're a little kitty cat drinking your milk! :)

Yes, it's funny how Europeans think we are weird for having our "American breakfasts." I think you should post more about your experience and the cultural differences. I find them so interesting!

Is Gio allowed to sneak you in food?! That just doesn't even look appetizing to me
