us for now
I know, still no pictures... and I need to post some too! Thanks to all of you! What great love and support we have! For those of you who have asked... I am fine! I dealt with nausea at first but the only "symptom" I have really had is the acid reflux, which is horrible with some foods and not too bad with others, I always carry some chewable Maloxx with me just for those occasions! Other then that all seems well! Before I left Italy Gio and I had the first ultrasound done and got to see our little Sicilian (then just a bean) and hear it's heart beat! It was very exciting for us! Gio got emotional! We have an appointment scheduled here on Aug. 4th for the gender check... although we are still trying to figure out if we want to know! Giovanni will be here LATe on the 25th for a few weeks!!!! YEA!!!
Also to answer some of your ?'s on where this little one will be born, well we are not yet sure! Most likely we will still be in Milan. There is a chance we could be in Paris.... but not too likely that we will be back to the states. I have decided to find DR.'s that speak both languages and trust them! What else can you do? It is more important that Gio and I are together for this experience then my selfish desires to be in the U.S.A. for the delivery (it should be a lot less money too)!
On another note: I have extended my ticket to stay in Utah until Aug. 9th. Gio will leave the 8th then we will head down to Sicily to visit his family and meet our new niece from Rome. As always we are on the go. Currently Gio is in Spain and will be traveling back to the states for work in September! Always a busy guy! We sure hope you are all enjoying your summer!

Our Answer
In the last post I inquired about all of your plans for New Years... I know it is still only July and many of you have no clue! I thought it would be a fun segway to tell you all what Giovanni and I will be doing. We will be welcoming our first baby into the world! That's right, we are having a BABY! Our due date is Jan. 9th, 2009! So, maybe not exactly on New Years, but close to it we will be starting a new adventure, and we are very excited!
