I always knew exactly what my family was doing on what day because of family traditions. I've graduated to missing our boys coming and going - leaving on Missions - marrying - visiting my grand babies.......etc. What I'm saying is that we are LUCKY to have so many people and memories to love and miss. It does get easier...count your blessing for Gio and Lottie and your wonderful adventures abroad.......and remember, HOME is always in your heart. Just pull out a memory and cherish it..... Lv U and miss you and I'm looking forward to seeing you this summer. I'm sorry you're feeling homesick--- I know the feeling! When I was 18, my dad drove me from Lethbridge to Utah, dropped me off at the Flying J hotel, and left me there all alone to start my college experience.I didn't know a single soul. I've never been so lonely in my life!!! Luckily, you have Gio & sweet Charlotte to brighten things for you! I'm sure Landon would like me to remind you that "There's no place like home!" Feel better- let's try Skype soon! And I was...Sometimes I get homesick for the ranch. And I was a young girl when I left. I never got homesick for living in Midvale or Green River. Only the ranch. Being at Autumn View is sometimes close. But there is nothing like the comfort of being wrapped in that valley with its golden wheat fields and the memories of life with my family there. Your changes in life are fairly dramatic. Life is definitely easier here in the US. But remember what JR used to tell us all of the time-- "Home is where your heart is". <br />PS-- we get homesick for you all too. We appreciate your sacrifices to be with us so often.Teresahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00865836148890684458noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5329728840327937450.post-84319147671007564212010-02-16T16:54:59.936+01:002010-02-16T16:54:59.936+01:00I was just telling JR how much I miss Utah, and al...I was just telling JR how much I miss Utah, and all my roommates and girlfriends. I'd never been to Florida before I moved here. I'd never lived on this part of the US. His parents live an hour away. I don't know anyone here...Danihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00500460061008485338noreply@blogger.com
